Flu vaccinations available only to the
Following High Priority Groups
Ø
All persons age 50 years and older
Ø
Women who will be pregnant during influenza season
Ø
Persons who have chronic pulmonary ( including asthma),
cardiovascular
Ø
(except hypertension), renal, hepatic, hematological or
metabolic disorders (including diabetes)
Ø
Persons who have immunosupression
Ø
Persons who have any condition (e.g., cognitive
dysfunction, seizure disorders, or other neuromuscular
disorders) that can compromise respiratory function,
handling of respiratory secretions or that can increase
the risk for aspiration
Ø
Household contacts and caregivers of children younger
than age 5 years and adults 50 years and older
Ø
Household contacts and caregivers for persons in
high-risk groups
Ø
Healthcare personnel
Please bring health insurance cards with you to the
clinic.
