LOST AND FOUND

Please check the lost and found located in the gym, middle school office and high school office for any items you are missing.  Items that are not claimed will be donated to charity on Monday, April 9th.

 

ELECTIONS

Class elections will be held on Thursday, April 12th.  Nomination forms are now available from Mr. Kirouac and Ms. Allain-Moody.  All forms will be due back by Tuesday, April 10th

 

FISH ‘N GAME CLUB

There will be a high school meeting today at 2:15 in room H10. Fish 'N Game Club members should check their Mahar emails for important information about the deep sea fishing field trip scheduled for Tuesday April 24. Please see Ms. Gonciarz or Mr. Duguay if you have any questions.

 

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP

Information for the Sarah Kemble Scholarship Award is now available in Student Services.  This scholarship is available to any senior who will be pursuing a career in the healthcare field.  The deadline is May 1, 2018.

 

SENIORS

The senior and guest forms for the Mahar After Prom Party will be handed out to seniors on Wednesday, April 11, at your lunch time by Mrs. Holmes. These are due back in the high school office by April 17.

 

HYPNOTIST SHOW TO BENEFIT MAPP

The Hypnotist Show to benefit MAPP is coming Friday, April 20, at 7 p.m. at Mahar. This features Hypnotist Matthew James - the same guy who does the hypnotism show at MAPP. Tickets will be sold on April 11 at your lunchtime to anyone age 16 and older. Advance tickets for students is $7. At the door, tickets are $10 for students.  General admission for adults is $10 in advance and $15 at the door.  Besides being available at lunch on the 11th, tickets are also available at Trail Head and S & S Appliance. See you the 11th! "

 

   CHILDREN’S CLOTHING DRIVE FOR CRADLES TO CRAYONS

Mahar is participating in the statewide children’s clothing drive through today.  Please make the difference in the lives of children across Massachusetts by donating new or gently used children’s clothing, coats and shoes.  This event has been organized by the four 8th graders participating in Project 351.  Drop off bins located in both school offices.

 

Today’s lunch is cheeseburger on a whole wheat bun.
