ATTENTION STUDENTS

Second semester schedules will only be available electronically.  Hard copies of schedules will not be distributed.  An e-mail will be sent to all students with instructions on how to access your second semester schedule.

 

LIBRARY

The library will be closed this morning for STAR Testing.  Printers will not be available for student or staff use. 

 

LATE BUS SIGN – UPS

Students must sign up for the late bus during their lunch time.  Mr. Malo will have the sign up book.  Please make sure to write your first name and last name when you sign up and also list the teacher you will be staying with.

 

KEY CLUB

There will be a Key Club meeting today beginning at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria.  Please have departure rides here for 8 p.m.

 

SOS

Today’s meeting is from 3:00 to 5:00 in room H03.  Anyone is welcome! Please see Mrs. Sullivan if you have any questions.

 

ARCHER CLUB

The Archery Club will be meeting today in the middle school gym from 2:15 to 3:00.

 

FISH ‘N GAME CLUB

The Ice Fishing Derby will be held at Lake Ellis this Sunday, January 15th from 10:00 am

to 2:00 pm. Please check your Mahar email to complete a survey so that the club can get enough food and supplies for those that are planning on attending. Prizes will be awarded. If the ice becomes too thin over the next few days, check your Mahar email or the club Facebook page for updates on the status of the derby. See Ms. Gonciarz or Mr. Bevan if you have any questions.

 

FRANKLN TECH ADMISSIONS

Franklin Tech applications are available in Student Services.  Please return completed forms to Mrs. Hoyle before February 1st.

 

BIOLOGY MCAS REVIEW SESSIONS

Review sessions for the Biology MCAS will begin on Monday January 23rd and run through Friday February 3rd.  Sessions will be held in room H10 with Ms. Gonciarz from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and from 2:15-4:15 on Thursdays and Fridays.

 

KEY CLUB WINTER CARNIVAL BALL

This is for grades 9 – 12 on Saturday, January 14th from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the Mahar cafeteria; semi-formal dress if you wish.  Guests must sign up with Miss Smith in the Key Club area of the library.

 

Today’s lunch is pizza sticks with marinara sauce.
