81st Day of School

 

LATE BUS SIGN UPS

Students must sign up for the late bus during their lunch time.  Mr. Malo will have the sign up book.  Please make sure to write your first name and last name when you sign up and also list the teacher you will be staying with.

 

FISH ‘N GAME

The Middle School Fish 'N Game Club will be meeting today at 2:15 in room C15. The High School Fish 'N Game Club meeting will be held today at 6 p.m. in room H10.  Students who are interested in the ice fishing derby next weekend, attending Junior Conservation Camp this summer, or high school students interested in the Minnesota trip in June should attend these meetings.  See Ms. Gonciarz or Mr. Bevan if you have any questions.

 

ARCHERY CLUB

The Archery Club will not be meeting today.  The next meeting will be Wednesday, January 11th

 

SOS

Today’s SOS meeting is from 2:00 – 3:00 in room H03.  Anyone is welcome! Please see Mrs. Sullivan if you have any questions.

 

KEY CLUB

There will be a Key Club meeting today beginning at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria.  Please have departure rides here for 8 p.m.

 

SKI CLUB

Reminder that Ski Club starts this Thursday.  All participants must pay $80 by Thursday to ride the bus.

 

WINTER CARNIVAL

Winter Carnival registration forms for ice hockey, volleyball, and snow sculpture are available from Miss Smith in the Key Club area of the library.  Completed forms are due Tuesday,

January 10th.

 

PROJECT PURPLE

Project Purple will meet on Tuesday, January 10th at 2:15 in room H22 to discuss the upcoming Project Purple Week.  Current members must attend and new members are ALWAYS welcome!

 

 

SENIORS

Scholarship Booklet #1 is now available either on the school website or in Student Services.

 

TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS

Students interested in applying to Monty Tech will need to complete the on-line application by Monday, January 9th.  Interviews will be held at Mahar on January 24th.  Please see Mrs. Hoyle with any questions.

 

FROM STUDENT COUNCIL

The Annual Sock Drive for the needy will go until the end of January.  Please take the time to donate socks, mittens and hats to help out your community and those in need of a clean pair of socks or a warm pair of mittens or hat.  Donation boxes can be found in any teacher’s room, middle school classroom, Mr.  Kirouac’s class and in the cafeteria.  Please see Ms. Alain-Moody if you have any questions.

 

Today’s lunch is pizza with cheese topping or Asian chicken salad.
