84th Day of School
Students are reminded that teachers are not available for extra help or makeup on Monday afternoons. Students who would like to stay after school on Mondays to complete work or students who are waiting for sports practices to start, are to report to the cafeteria by 2:15. Students should not wander the building at that time.
This month’s student-led seminar will be tomorrow from 10:00 to 10:40 in the Kermit Cook Auditorium. All peer mediators are encouraged to attend.
There will be a Key Club meeting on Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Please have departure rides here for 8 p.m.
Winter Carnival registration forms for ice hockey, volleyball, and snow sculpture are available from Miss Smith in the Key Club area of the library. Completed forms are due tomorrow.
Project Purple will meet tomorrow at 2:15 in room H22 to discuss the upcoming Project Purple Week. Current members must attend and new members are ALWAYS welcome!
Scholarship Booklet #1 is now available either on the school website or in Student Services.
TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS
Students interested in applying to Monty Tech will need to complete the on-line application by today. Interviews will be held at Mahar on January 24th. Please see Mrs. Hoyle with any questions.
KEY CLUB WINTER CARNIVAL BALL
This is for grades 9 – 12 on Saturday, January 14th from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the Mahar cafeteria; semi-formal dress if you wish. Guests must sign up with Miss Smith in the Key Club area of the library.
Today’s lunch is chicken fajita grinder or ham and cheese sub.
