SPORTS DISMISSAL

The middle school baseball team will be dismissed today at 1:45.

 

ATTENTION SENIORS

Seniors are reminded that grades close on Friday, May 26th at 2:15 p.m.  Also, Chomebooks will be collected from seniors on Friday, May 26th at 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.  Seniors must return their chromebook, case, and charger in good working condition. If these items are not returned in an acceptable condition, you will not receive your cap and gown.  If any of these items need to be repaired, please email the tech department today.  

 

BIOLOGY MCAS REVIEW SESSIONS

Students currently enrolled in biology are scheduled to take the biology MCAS on June 5th and 6th. There will be review sessions for the Biology MCAS next week on Tuesday from 3:00–5:00 and Thursday from 2:00–4:00 in room H10. Please see Ms. Gonciarz if you have any questions.

 

SENIOR GIRLS

The Petersham Branch Alliance is offering a scholarship to senior girls or post graduates who are Petersham residents.  The deadline is June 15th, if interested come to Student Services for an application.

 

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES

A reminder that now is the time for you to sign up for the PSAT test. Please see Mrs. Tresback in Student Services, with your sign up form and $16.00, as soon as possible. Remember, if you had free or reduced lunch last year, then you will be eligible for a fee waiver.  The PSAT is only offered to juniors once in October and it's a great way to prepare for the SAT test. See your counselor with questions.  The deadline is May 24th.

 

FOOTBALL CHEERING TRYOUTS

Cheering tryouts for grads 7 – 11 will be Monday and Tuesday, June 5th and 6th in the auditorium.

 

FALL SPORTS SIGN UPS

All fall sports sign-ups will be Wednesday May 31st at 2:10 in the High School Gym. Physicals will be on Friday June 2nd.  If you are planning on playing in the fall get you physical on June 2nd. Get a physical form at your sign up meeting or from the nurse.

 

FRIENDLY TOWN LIVE CONCERT

Tonight from 7 – 9 p.m., Mike Patterson and the Mighty King Snakes Blues Band will perform a free Friendly Town Live concert on the big bandstand at Butterfield Park, 83 East River Street in Orange. The concert is free for all ages, and there will be free candy, while supplies last, thanks to Orange Saws and Westbrook Christmas Tree Farm.

 

Today’s lunch is macaroni & cheese with ham or tuna on wheat.
