The following teams will be dismissed at 1:50 today: Middle School softball and Varsity softball.

Students are reminded that teachers are not available for extra help or makeup on Monday afternoons.  Students who would like to stay after school on Mondays to complete work or students who are waiting for sports practices to start, are to report to the cafeteria by 2:15.  Students should not wander the building at that time.

Seniors are reminded that grades close this Friday at 2:15 p.m.  Also, Chomebooks will be collected from seniors on Friday at 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.  Seniors must return their chromebook, case, and charger in good working condition. If these items are not returned in an acceptable condition, you will not receive your cap and gown.  If any of these items need to be repaired, please email the tech department today.

Students currently enrolled in biology are scheduled to take the biology MCAS on June 5th and 6th. There will be review sessions for the Biology MCAS this week on Tuesday from 3:00–5:00 and Thursday from 2:00–4:00 in room H10. Please see Ms. Gonciarz if you have any questions.

The Petersham Branch Alliance is offering a scholarship to senior girls or post graduates who are Petersham residents.  The deadline is June 15th, if interested come to Student Services for an application.

A reminder that now is the time for you to sign up for the PSAT test. Please see Mrs. Tresback in Student Services, with your sign up form and $16.00, as soon as possible. Remember, if you had free or reduced lunch last year, then you will be eligible for a fee waiver.  The PSAT is only offered to juniors once in October and it's a great way to prepare for the SAT test. See your counselor with questions.  The deadline is Wednesday.

Cheering tryouts for grads 7 – 11 will be Monday and Tuesday, June 5th and 6th in the auditorium.

The high school trap shoot will be held at the Orange Gun Club at noon this Sunday May 28th. There is also a tentative field trip on Saturday June 10th to the Mass Wildlife Field Headquarters that is open to both middle school and high school club members. Please check your Mahar email for more information about these last two events of the school year. See Ms. Gonciarz or Mr. Bevan if you have any questions.
