LATE BUS SIGN UPS

Students must sign up for the late bus during their lunch time.  Mr. Malo will have the sign up book.  Please make sure to write your first name and last name when you sign up and also list the teacher you will be staying with.

 

ATTENTION SENIORS

Seniors are reminded that grades close this Friday at 2:15 p.m.  Also, Chomebooks will be collected from seniors on Friday at 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.  Seniors must return their chromebook, case, and charger in good working condition. If these items are not returned in an acceptable condition, you will not receive your cap and gown.  If any of these items need to be repaired, please email the tech department today.  

 

BIOLOGY MCAS REVIEW SESSIONS

Students currently enrolled in biology are scheduled to take the biology MCAS on June 5th and 6th. There will be review sessions for the Biology MCAS today from 3:00–5:00 and Thursday from 2:00–4:00 in room H10. Please see Ms. Gonciarz if you have any questions.

 

SENIOR GIRLS

The Petersham Branch Alliance is offering a scholarship to senior girls or post graduates who are Petersham residents.  The deadline is June 15th, if interested come to Student Services for an application.

 

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES

A reminder that now is the time for you to sign up for the PSAT test. Please see Mrs. Tresback in Student Services, with your sign up form and $16.00, as soon as possible. Remember, if you had free or reduced lunch last year, then you will be eligible for a fee waiver.  The PSAT is only offered to juniors once in October and it's a great way to prepare for the SAT test. See your counselor with questions.  The deadline is tomorrow.

 

FOOTBALL CHEERING TRYOUTS

Cheering tryouts for grads 7 – 11 will be Monday and Tuesday, June 5th and 6th in the auditorium.

 

 

 

 

KEY CLUB

There will be a Key Club meeting Wed. May 24 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Smiths' camp.  This meeting is for this year's members. 

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

Monty Tech is offering 8 summer camp programs beginning July 10th.  Applications are available in Student Services with a deadline of July 1st.

 

FALL SPORTS SIGN UPS

All fall sports sign-ups will be Wednesday May 31st at 2:10 in the High School Gym. Physicals will be on Friday June 2nd.  If you are planning on playing in the fall get you physical on June 2nd. Get a physical form at your sign up meeting or from the nurse.

 

SPIRIT WEEK

Spirit Week continues tomorrow with be your favorite HOLIDAY day and Thursday will be your Class colors Day with the Freshman wearing WHITE, Sophomores wearing BLACK, Juniors wearing BLUE and the SENIORS wearing RED as they fight it out on the track and field in the Senator Games at the end of the day.  Please see Ms. Allain-Moody or Mr. Kirouac if you have any questions. 

 

FRIENDLY TOWN LIVE CONCERT

This Friday from 7 -9 p.m., the #1 ranked BBQ soul band in the USA, Trailer Park will perform at the final Friendly Town Live free concert on the big bandstand at Butterfield Park.  If it rains, the concert will take place at the Orange Town Hall.  The concert is free for all ages, and there will be free candy, while supplies last, thanks to Orange Saws and Westbrook Christmas Tree Farm.

 

FROM THE KEY CLUB TO SENIORS

Seniors who eat school lunch on Th. May 25th will receive a ticket for a make-your-own sundae compliments of the Key Club.  Snack bar doesn't count as school lunch. 

 

Today’s lunch is chili cheese fries or chicken salad with almonds.
