SPORTS DISMISSAL

The varsity baseball team will be dismissed at 1:45 today.

 

LATE BUS SIGN UPS

Students must sign up for the late bus during their lunch time. The book will be located in the cafeteria. Please make sure to write your first name and last name when you sign up and also list the teacher you will be staying with.


FALL SPORTS SIGN UPS

Fall sport sign-ups are today at 2:10 in the High School gym. If you are interested in playing a sport in the fall you should attend.

 

SPORTS PHYSICALS

Sports physicals will be conducted this Friday. Medical Questionnaire forms must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to examination. Forms are available in the nurse's office or the athletic director's office. 

 

2 FREE GOLF LESSONS FOR 10 MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

The Ellinwood Country Club will provide 2 free golf lessons for up to 10 middle school students.  The dates for the lessons have changed.  The new dates are June 6 and 7 from 2:30 – 5:00 p.m.  Please sign up with Mr. Woodward, the Athletic Director, ASAP.

 

FOOTBALL CHEERING TRYOUTS

Football cheering tryouts will be held this Wednesday and Thursday in the Charlotte Ryan Theater from 2:15 – 5:00.  This will be a 2 day tryout. 

 

HIGH SCHOOL FISH ‘N GAME CLUB TRAP SHOOT

High school members should check their Mahar emails for information about the Trap Shoot scheduled for Sunday June 3. See Ms. Gonciarz if you have any questions.

 

ARCHERY CLUB

The last Archery Club meeting of the year will be tomorrow at 2:15 in the middle school gym. See Ms. Gonciarz if you have any questions.

 

BIOLOGY MCAS REVIEW SESSIONS

Review sessions will be running for students who are currently enrolled in biology and will be taking the biology MCAS on June 6th and 7th. Sessions will run from 3-5 pm today, Wednesday, Monday, June 4, Tuesday June 6, and from 2-4 pm on Thursday May 31. See Ms. Gonciarz if you have any questions.

 

PUERTO RICO TRIP

Do you love languages, exploring other cultures and enjoying some time at the beach? If this sounds like something that would interest you, please come to a quick informational meeting tomorrow in room H01 at 2:15.

 

MAHAR CANOE AND KAYAK CLUB

The Mahar Canoe and Kayak Club will be paddling from 2:30 – 4:30 on Thursday down at the Orange Community Boathouse.  Please see Mrs. Normandin in C14 for a registration form if you would like to join the club.

 

Today’s lunch is turkey and cheese sub.
