HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month here is your fact for today: George Lopez is a comedian, actor and talk show host.  He was the first Mexican American to have a sitcom on ABC, the George Lopez Show. Not only has he starred in many movies and had his own comedy specials, including The Beverly Hill Chihuahua series and The Smurfs.  In addition to his television and comedy resume he also has done a great deal to give back to the community.  An inspiring quote from him: “When things are bad, it’s the best time to reinvent yourself.”

Today’s lunch is American Chop Suey and breadsticks.
