156th Day of School

ATTENTION STUDENTS

Students are reminded that teachers are not available for extra help or makeup on Monday afternoons.  Students who would like to stay after school on Mondays to complete work or students who are waiting for sports practices to start, are to report to the cafeteria by 2:15.  Students should not wander the building at that time.

MATH MCAS TUTORING

For grade 10 students: There will be Math MCAS tutoring on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 -5:00 and Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in room H03.  All 10th grade students are encouraged to attend if they feel they need a little refresher before the MCAS test. Remember that you are not required to stay the entire two hours. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Sullivan.

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES

A reminder that now is the time for you to sign up for the PSAT test. Please see Mrs. Tresback in Student Services, with your sign up form and $16.00, as soon as possible. Remember, if you had free or reduced lunch last year, then you will be eligible for a fee waiver.  The PSAT is only offered to juniors once in October and it's a great way to prepare for the SAT test. See your counselor with questions.  The deadline is May 24th.

FROM KEY CLUB

The Key club is collecting non-perishable food items on Fridays through May 12th to be donated to the town-wide food drive on May 12th.  Please bring contributions to the cafeteria on Friday mornings.

WEAR YOUR HAT TO SCHOOL DAY

Please join the National Honor Society and “Tip Your Hat for Homelessness!” Pay $2.00 and you may wear your favorite hat, dress code appropriate, on Friday, May 12th.  Please see Mrs. Hammond in the middle school office for more details.  This is open to all students in grades

7 – 12 and faculty!

Today’s lunch is chicken breast sandwich or ham and cheese sub.
