Welcome!
It has been a pleasure getting to know the students of the seventh grade Jackson house. We have made it through the first few weeks together and completed a few assignments. I would ask that everyone keep an eye on their student’s grades using the powerschool application. It is very a very helpful tool to use and I try to update it weekly.
Please don’t forget that students should have all of their materials. If they still need to purchase some, then check below for details of how to set up their binders and other materials they will need. Students will need:
- a three ring binder
- five section tabs labeled Important information, vocabulary, literature, graded work, class work
- a set of colored pencils (one shared with another class is fine)
- a pencil everyday
- a hi-liter of their color choice
